The Beacons Terrace Room

Our Beacons Terrace Room can accommodate events of up to 120 people. Large seating areas give groups room to dine and gather comfortably, while the surrounding countryside creates a warm and memorable setting.

For Christmas set-menu parties, the room can seat up to 80 people. Private bookings are available, or groups can join us on a Saturday evening and enjoy the atmosphere alongside other festive parties.

Freshly Prepared Event Catering

Food is freshly prepared by our in-house team of chefs. Our menus make the most of trusted regional suppliers, including meat from Etherington’s Butchers less than a mile away, fish from Celtic Fish & Game and locally sourced fruit, vegetables and other produce from Westcountry Fruit.

Choose from buffet packages, a two- or three-course functions menu, children’s options and a dessert grazer. Canapé and drinks package details can be discussed with the team as they are confirmed.

A freshly prepared set menu for private events and celebrations, featuring a choice of starters, mains and desserts. Choose two courses for £30 or three courses for £35 per person, with vegetarian and children’s options available.

Buffet Menu

Our flexible buffet packages are ideal for parties, wakes, weddings and informal gatherings, with options ranging from a simple cream tea to generous spreads of sandwiches, homemade rolls, salads, sliders, skewers and mini fish and chip cones. Packages start from £9.95 per person.

Dessert Grazer

Add a sweet finishing touch to your event with a dessert grazer featuring macarons, brownies, chocolate-dipped strawberries, cannoli, fruit skewers and mini doughnuts. Choose any three for £10.95 per person, with additional items available for £3.95 each.
