We’re all about keeping it local — proper Cornish through and through. Our meats come from Etherington’s Butchers, our fish from Celtic Fish & Game, and our cheese from a local cheeseman, keeping everything fresh and full of flavour. Wash it down with a pint from Sharp’s, a crisp Healey’s cider, or a Tarquin’s or Black & Gold gin — St. Austell’s got you covered too. Our Sunday Roast is a proper classic, made better with the best local produce and a drinks list to match. The Shaft Inn — celebrating Cornwall, one plate (and pint) at a time.
